This Hudson house received both a front yard and backyard makeover. The formerly bland front of the property was renovated to a grand entrance with a new walkway, using primarily paver stone with a bluestone inset for style. The beds and plants were placed to frame the walkway. In the back, a custom designed patio and deck were installed. A composite deck ensures low maintenance while natural cedar railings offer a complementary and interesting element. A tall, regal fireplace serves as the focal point, giving way to half walls with low voltage lighting for extra seating on either side.
