These Westlake homeowners desired an outdoor entertaining area for family, so an entire backyard renovation was in store. A lodge feel pavilion attached to the house offers a solid roof, so it could be utilized regardless of weather. It also features a fan for air circulation and light. At the end of the pavilion sits a double-sided gas start fireplace, accessible from the under the pavilion, as well as outside of it. The free-form pool and hot tub, visible from the pavilion, include natural rocks outcroppings functioning as diving platforms. Additionally, the existing deck was removed and replaced by a paver patio so the homeowners could be transported into a new outdoor world.
